It said that he passed her at 120mph, so maybe she looked at the speedo!

How fast was he going then? You know what women are like when they get in a

car - brain dead most of them. Half of them don`t even know what day it is

or realise that cars infront have moved.

It doesn`t surprise me about the magistrates - none are legally qualified

and rely on someone with a basic law degree to tell them what to do. A

stipendiary magistrate is different - qualified and paid.

The police are a joke and we all know the CPS is in chaos together with the

prison service at the moment. The prison service throw peoples records in

the bin and then panic because they don`t know what offences they have

committed or what sentences they are serving!

The CPS is widely known in the legal profession as "criminal protection

service". They always make a pigs ear out of cases which is why a lot walk

free or never have charges brought.

The amount of money criminals are paid in compensation through basic errors

made by the police, cps and prisons is amazing. Crime seems to pay.

Most people buy a Subaru to drive it fast, it`s just unfortunate he was

driving at an inappropriate speed at the time. Accidents happen.

At least the other driver is still alive and will be looked after through

our benefits system which was put in place to help genuine people that

needed it.

Considering other criminal acts, the sentence was over the top and I hope he

appeals.

Yes, and I know the person that mixed the cement up that went in to building

his house through a friend of a friend.

Lots of people make daft claims to enjoy a temporary popularity, most should

be taken with a pinch of salt.
